i heart greeting cards!

I've been doing some freelance work designing greeting cards for a great little card company out in SF.
I've been wanting to try my hand at doing cards for a long time now, and it's JUST as fun as I expected it to be! What an amazing gig... I'd LOVE to attempt it on a fulltime basis, for sure.
There's SO many different directions you can go in, I hope I'm just getting started!
Other than that, autumn is in the air out here in Philly... WHERE did Summer go?!
What else?... Les' seeeeeeee... Haven't commuted into NYC for over a month now, and
I miss it already... GREAT to be home w/ my 2 lovelies, though! ;)
I hope everybody is enjoying these last few weeks of sunshine and BBQ's!

Congratz on finding a gig that allows you to draw exactly how you like. Hopefully you can make it a fulltime career (and one that doesn't force you to travel to NY anymore).
The card is sweet.
your work is tailor made for greeting cards.
now normally that would be an insult;
but I don't mean it that way.
your characters are simple and fun
The personality and small detail in your drawings add an instant narrative that works well for cards
