CALVIN and HOBBES

A little tribute to the best comic strip of all time... :)
I must've drawn 50 pages of rough Calvin and Hobbes stuff over the last few days, before I decided to try a 'finished piece!'
I'll post some ruffs soon, too.

Have a great weekend, everybody!

Good work! I think THIS design of Calvin and Hobbes looks better than the original design that the comic strip creator did!

Man, I miss those guys. Why doesn't Watterson put out an occasional large format painted "Sunday" page version of C&H? Grumble grumble....

Calvin and Hobbes was the first comic I ever read! They have a special place in my heart forever!! I also learned the vast majority of my vocabulary from those two. This is a wonderful piece, it's really true to their characters! I would LOVE to see your roughs as well!

awesome! they are totally about to ride that wagon down that very steep hill (calvin fearlessly, hobbes not so much) and end up in a creek.
